This Refund Policy applies to payments made on BizReg Portal operated by Your Service Company.
Fees paid for registration packages, renewals, and plan changes are generally non-refundable once the plan is activated, except where required by law or expressly approved by us.
If you submitted an incorrect UTR or your payment could not be verified, you may be asked to pay again. Confirmed duplicate transfers may be refunded after bank confirmation.
Approved refunds are typically initiated within 7–14 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank / UPI / card issuer.
Email billing@example.com with your registration reference, invoice number, payment ID / UTR, and reason.
